Description

The Hooded Recirculatory Spray Booth is a compact, professional-grade filtration workstation designed to capture, contain and filter airborne particles, fumes and solvent vapours generated during light spraying, airbrushing, modelling and workshop activities. Ideal for educational and commercial environments, it helps create a cleaner and safer workspace while supporting good COSHH practices.

Designed to accommodate materials on A1 to A2 size, the spacious hood provides an excellent working area for artwork, design projects, architectural models, ceramic pieces, printed circuit boards (PCBs) and prototypes. The angled hood improves overspray capture while providing clear visibility and comfortable access to the workpiece.

The unit features a three-stage graduated particulate filter capable of capturing particles down to 5 microns, combined with a charcoal-impregnated fibre filter that helps reduce solvent odours and airborne contaminants. Through filtration, adsorption and airflow dilution, the system significantly reduces operator exposure to dusts, mists, fumes and vapours generated during light-duty workshop processes.

Powered by a quiet brushless motor with an external rotor, the BV200H is designed for low-noise operation and reliable performance. The sealed electrical wiring and switch are positioned downstream of the filters for added safety, while the portable design allows the unit to be placed on a workbench, trolley or desk and used immediately by simply plugging it into a standard power supply.
