I want to cancel my order
If your order has not yet been dispatched you can contact us by either phone or email to cancel. Have your order number ready. Where the customer wishes to cancel an order for non-stocked goods, this cancellation must be made within 24 hours of the date the order was placed. If orders are not cancelled within this period a charge may be incurred.
What happens if my order cannot be delivered?
You can make changes to your delivery using the DPD tracking information in your dispatch email. If you have lost your email or this isn’t working, contact us by either phone or email. Have your order number ready.
How do I track an order?
When your order has been dispatched, you can find the DPD tracking information in your dispatch email/text message.
If your order has been dispatched on a pallet you can contact us by phone or email to be notified about its status.
How do I change my delivery address after placing my order?
To change any delivery details for your order, you can contact us by phone or email. If your order has already been dispatched you can make changes to your delivery using the DPD dispatch email.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands may be restricted based on specific products and may incur extra carriage charges.
Do I need an account to place an order?
To place orders online you will need a website login. You can fill in an account application form here.
Alternatively, if you want to place an order with a PO you can contact us by email to create an account or find out if you are already registered.
How can I place an order?
You can order through the website, by email or by phone. Purchase order numbers can be inserted at the checkout stage on the website, or attached to an email.
What happens when a product I ordered is out of stock?
You can still place an order for out-of-stock items. They will be held on back order until the stock is replenished. To find out when an item will be back in stock contact us by phone or email. Back orders will be held for 6 months.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order. Orders below £125 Ex VAT will be charged carriage. Please see delivery information for carriage and pallet charges.
Where can I find the latest prices?
All pricing displayed on the website is the most up to date price. Any printed or digital literature may not display the current prices. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
How do I report a damage/incomplete order?
If an item in your order has arrived damaged, please email us quoting your order number, describing any damage and attach a clear picture of the item/s affected.
Please note out-of-stock items will appear as a balance on your delivery note.
If something is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us by either phone or email. Have your order number ready.
Can I add something to an existing order?
To add additional items to your order, or if you couldn’t find something on the website, contact us by either phone or email. Have your order number ready.
Are you printing a new catalogue?
We have taken the decision to not print a catalogue going forward. Now we have a new website all the latest products and prices are readily available online.
How do I return an item?
If you have an item you wish to return, please complete the returns form. Please note only items returned in a saleable condition will be eligible for a full refund or credit.
I have returned an item but not received a refund/credit yet
A refund or credit will only be issued upon receipt of the returned goods. Please allow time for delivery and warehouse processing. If you think you should have received your refund/credit already, please contact us by either phone or email. Have your order number ready.
How do I register to become a customer?
Please fill in the online registration form, or contact us by phone or email. We will need a contact name, phone number and delivery address.
Why can't I login?
As we have a new website you will need to reset your password when logging in for the first time. If you don't recieve your password reset email (please check your junk!) please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I make a payment?
We accept payment by BACS/bank transfer, credit/debit card or cheque.

Where can I see what I have ordered?
You can log in to your online account and go to ‘Display Orders’.
I have forgotten my password
If you are unable to log into your account please email email@example.com quoting your email username and account number.
