G50E 75MM PUGMILL

The G50E 75mm Pugmill builds on the proven design of the G49E, offering increased capacity and higher output for busy pottery studios, educational ceramics departments and professional ceramic artists. With its larger barrel and hopper, the G50E allows greater volumes of clay to be processed while remaining compact enough for classroom and studio environments.

Constructed with a robust 6-inch (150mm) aluminium body and 75mm extrusion outlet, the G50E delivers smooth, consistent clay extrusion while providing excellent mixing performance for reclaiming and preparing clay. The larger hopper makes loading clay easier and improves workflow during continuous use.

The machine features a split-body design, allowing quick access for cleaning and maintenance. Individual aluminium mixing blades are mounted on a hexagonal steel shaft and can be repositioned into different configurations to optimise either clay mixing or extrusion, giving users greater flexibility for different clay bodies and production requirements.

Safety is built into the design with a hopper safety grid and thermal overload safety switch supplied as standard, making the G50E well suited for schools, colleges, universities and professional workshops where operator protection is essential.
