The G165 Waterwash Spray Booth has been engineered to provide a clean, efficient and environmentally responsible solution for spraying water-based ceramic glazes. Designed specifically for studio potters, educational ceramics departments and low-volume production environments, the G165 uses an innovative water-curtain filtration system that captures glaze overspray while maintaining excellent air quality within the workspace.

The booth operates by circulating a continuous curtain of recycled water across the rear panel of the spray chamber. As glaze is sprayed, a powerful inline centrifugal extraction fan draws airborne particles towards the water curtain, where the glaze is captured before the airflow passes through a washable stainless steel pre-filter and finally a washable filter bag. This multi-stage filtration system helps reduce airborne glaze particles while maintaining a cleaner working environment.

Captured glaze is washed into the integrated collection tank, allowing suitable glazes to be reclaimed and reused where appropriate. The system also features a ball valve drain, making it easy to empty the tank and safely dispose of waste materials during maintenance.

Unlike conventional extraction booths, the G165 is designed for low-volume production and does not require external ducting, making it highly portable and easy to position around a ceramics studio. Mounted on four heavy-duty castor wheels, it can be moved wherever required, providing flexibility in busy workshop environments.

Manufactured with a polypropylene hood, stainless steel wetted components and a powder-coated fabricated steel frame, the G165 offers outstanding durability and corrosion resistance for long-term professional use.
