Description

The Adkins Beta Maxi Multiplex Heat Press is a premium British-built swing-away heat press engineered for professional heat transfer, sublimation and garment decoration. Designed for commercial print shops, educational institutions and production environments, it combines precision, durability and versatility to produce consistent, high-quality transfer results across a wide range of substrates.

The press features a 50.8 × 38.1cm (20" × 15") platen, providing ample working space for T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, textiles and larger transfer applications. Its swing-away design offers excellent visibility and unrestricted access to the lower platen, making garment positioning safer, easier and more accurate.

A unique feature of the Beta Maxi Multiplex is its removable lower platen block. When installed, the press functions as a conventional flat-bed heat press with a 15mm pressing gap. Removing the block increases the gap by an additional 25mm, allowing users to press thicker products such as wooden plaques, acrylic panels, MDF blanks and other rigid promotional items without compromising pressure distribution.

Built for demanding production environments, the Beta Maxi Multiplex delivers even heat distribution and consistent pressure, making it suitable for sublimation printing, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), DTF transfers, screen-printed transfers and other professional heat transfer processes. The standard machine is supplied with one 50.8 × 38.1cm low platen, with optional interchangeable platens available separately for increased production flexibility.
