The Heatworker 90 Litre Front Loading Kiln is a premium electric kiln engineered for professional ceramic studios, educational environments and demanding production work. With a generous 90-litre firing chamber, it provides ample capacity for pottery, ceramic sculptures, glaze testing and medium-scale production firings.

Manufactured in Stoke-on-Trent, the historic centre of the British ceramics industry, the kiln is constructed using durable low thermal mass insulation brick backed by high-grade insulation boards, enclosed within a robust powder-coated steel frame. This design ensures excellent thermal efficiency, consistent heat distribution and long service life.

Unlike conventional kilns where heating elements are embedded directly into grooved brick walls, the Heatworker range uses an advanced tubed element system. The heating elements are mounted on ceramic support tubes rather than being encased in the brickwork. This reduces stress on both the elements and the kiln chamber, improves efficiency and extends the life of the kiln.

The kiln is capable of reaching maximum firing temperatures of up to 1320°C, making it suitable for firing earthenware, stoneware and porcelain as well as various ceramic and glass applications.

Additional features such as a brick-to-brick door seal, roof and door vents with manual damper, and dual contactor safety protection help ensure reliable performance and safe operation during firing cycles. A Type R thermocouple provides accurate temperature measurement, while programmable kiln controllers allow precise firing schedules.
